If you there’s such thing as a ‘legendary tea’ then it must be Da Hong Pao (Big Red Robe). This tea’s name is based on legend in which a tea made from bushes in Wuyishan healed the ailing mother of the emperor. The emperor ordered servants to visit the bushes every year wearing red robes. To honor the tea bushes, the red robes were wrapped around them. Our Da Hong Pao is characterised by an aromatic woody roast. It’s naturally sweet and has this mineral flavour thats unique to Wuyishan.
