Bladder tank foam system This product uses the water pressure of the fire hose to press the bag in the tank so that the foam concentrate in the bag can be mixed with the water in the fire hose in the mixer into the 3% or 6% water/foam mixture according to the preset volume. The mixture will then flow through various foam generators in the protected area and generate foam to extinguish the fire. In addition, the mixture ratio stays the same whether the water pressure in the main hose rises or drops.         The tank contains an acid/alkali resistance bag (foam bag) of the same volume to store the foam concentrate. The foam concentrate does not directly mix with the water; instead, a certain volume of the foam concentrate is squeezed out by the water pressure.         In general, one mixer can only be installed in one tank. However, it can be customized based on customer demand to two bags in one tank with different mixture ratios. The manual valve along the system pipes can be modified into an electrical or aerodynamic valve. It can be operated by the system remotely without having to send personnel to the scene.         The selection of a 3% or 6% mixture is based on the nature of the flammable goods in the protected area as follows: •   3% - suitable for nonpolar flammable solvent fires •   6% - suitable for polar flammable solvent fires         This product is suitable for dangerous areas where fires can break out easily: oil tank areas, chemical plants, solvent warehouses, oil filling plants, and underground parking lots.         Apart from the listed specifications and volume in the table, the scale and size can be customized based on customer demand (please refer to the sketch of the system).
